A privately owned clubhouse provides the focal point of the Little England Cottages under the developers supervision to ensure continuity of quality and maintenance. It is run as a commercial undertaking with applicable charges for facilities such as a Sauna, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Function area, Bar & Restaurant. Admittance is exclusive to cottage owners, tenants, houseguest & residents invitees. An exclusive Children's play area is also available to the residents & guest.
