The Little England Cottages Gated Community is designed, developed, landscaped, maintained and managed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan family owned real estate company authorised by the Sri Lanka Board of Investment (BOI). Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd is part of Jaysons Holdings, a group of Sri Lankan companies with expertise in property management and development, hotels, restaurants, International Investment facilitation (Singapore) and Mineral Sands.

The Jaysons Holdings portfolio includes the famous Glendower, an English country manor type hotel opened in 1991, and the pioneering beach restaurant Golden Mile at Mount Lavinia now known as the Shore by O.

The Managing Director/CEO of Jaysons Holdings and its associated companies is Vasantha Jayasuriya who for nearly three decades has pioneered many successful real estate development and management projects in Sri Lanka, drawing on extensive experience gained from his wide travels, particularly in England.

The architectural style adopted to represent Tudor, Victorian, Georgian, Edwardian, Cotswold and English designed interiors that blend in harmony with their surrounding. Each cottage is on an extent of 18-22 perches (approximately 5200 Sq ft) in area and have been soundly built with premium material such as colored rock or wire cut brick, and have an average built area of 3,500 square feet spread over 2 ½ floors (ground, first, loft)
